Cancellation Policy
Bowens Performance Group LLC DBA Bowens Human Performance General Booking Policy 1. Refunds & Cancellations: • No refunds will be issued once a session is booked. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to reschedule. Failure to cancel within this window will result in the session being forfeited. 2. Late Arrivals: • Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session length. 3. Package Expiry: • All package sessions must be used within 12 weeks from the purchase date unless stated otherwise. Unused sessions will not roll over or be refunded. 4. Transfer Policy: • Packages and sessions are non-transferable between clients. 5. Health & Safety: • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in their booked sessions. By booking, clients acknowledge that Bowen’s Human Performance is not liable for injuries or adverse health effects during sessions.
